Independent education for employer and program-operations readers. No account access, provider services or launch approvals.
AN EDUCATIONAL WORKSHEET
Turn a broad status into a better question.
Five categorical choices, a focused discussion brief. Use the fictional example or general preparation conditions. No names, account details, documents or financial data belong here.
PROGRAM BRIEF BUILDER / LOCAL EDUCATIONAL WORKSHEET
Which question belongs in the next review?
Choose broad preparation conditions to build a discussion brief. Use a fictional situation or general categories only. The result is an editorial checklist, not a provider assessment, approval or compliance score.
Make broad choices, then build a discussion brief. No live program is connected.
No names, employee records, dates, amounts, accounts or credentials. There are no free-text fields or uploads. Choices stay in current page memory; the tool does not send or save them. Your browser may restore page state.
Read a complete example without using the tool
Fictional example: a FlexCard disbursement discussion has a bounded audience and a reviewed notice, but receiving owners are incomplete and no scenario has been rehearsed. No real employer or recipient is represented.
Identify the intended business payout and ask the program owner to verify the actual arrangement. A product label does not establish that a use is permitted.
Preserve the included population and exclusions. Decide which change would require another scope review.
Locate the first handoff without a receiving owner. Ask who can accept that responsibility without expanding access informally.
Retain the reviewed communication version and audience. Delivery and understanding still need their own evidence.
Prepare a fictional incomplete-information rehearsal. Decide which observation would demonstrate a usable handoff and which question should stop the exercise.
Bring ownership and rehearsal questions to the authorized review. This brief does not approve a program, certify compliance or score readiness.
For a PayCard discussion, keep the wage-program brief distinct from nonpayroll work. When purpose is unresolved, define the business reason before applying a label. Even when every category is documented, actual implementation, legal, privacy, security and operational reviews remain the responsibility of the appropriate parties.
TWELVE FIELD NOTES / FOUR CHAPTERS
Bring useful work to the next conversation.
Each article has a concrete operational job, an original fictional case and a practical way to make the next handoff clearer. Six original diagrams make the methods easier to discuss.
Keep payroll and other business disbursement planning separate enough that approvals, records and operating questions stay attached to the right purpose.
Make a staggered rollout earn its next step with local readiness evidence instead of assuming one successful location proves all the others are prepared.
Choose a few employer operating questions, define what counts and record a baseline so a pilot produces an honest decision rather than a success story.
The official Corpay Prepaid homepage states that Fintwist is now Corpay Prepaid and distinguishes PayCard for wages from FlexCard for incentives, reimbursements or other nonpayroll disbursements depending on the program. That public context does not establish an employer’s actual arrangement.
Program Brief develops its own scope questions, role maps and evidence exercises. These are not provider procedures, legal determinations or implementation controls. Verify current details through the appropriate official program materials and authorized specialists.
